The RS12 high-speed module placement machine is a high-end precision manufacturing model specifically designed for efficient and stable production on SMT production lines. Equipped with a high-precision universal placement head, along with a high-speed flying camera and dual mark cameras, the machine can automatically identify the number and characteristics of component leads. Through visual image algorithms, it achieves more precise and stable component placement. Placement accuracy: (XY) ±0.035 mm, CPK ≥ 1.0. It reliably supports the placement of components ranging from 01005 to 15×15 mm.
Additionally, the system is equipped with CPK testing, ANC automatic nozzle replacement, an automatic thermal compensation calibration system, and vacuum sensing devices. Its dual-track conveyor design supports a maximum placement efficiency of 60,000 CPH and is compatible with various feeding methods, including NXT motorized feeders, vibratory feeders, and IC trays.
